01. What are your packing conditions?
Generally speaking, our goods are packed in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded box after receiving your authorization letter.
02. What are your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as a deposit, and 70% before delivery. Before you make the final payment, we will show you photos of the products and packaging.
03. What are your terms of delivery?
EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
04. What about your delivery time?
In general, it takes 60 to 70 days after receiving the prepayment. The specific delivery time depends on the goods and quantity of your order.
05. Can you produce according to the sample?
Yes, we can manufacture based on your samples or technical drawings. We can also produce molds and fixtures.
06. What is your sample policy?
If we have stock, we can provide samples, but customers must pay for the sample and shipping fees.
