How can I get the samples?
If you need some samples to test, we usually provide existing samples for free. A small sample charge applies for custom designs, which is refundable when the order reaches a certain quantity. Please note that the freight fee needs to be paid by yourself.

How long can I expect to get the sample?
The samples will be ready for delivery in 3-5 days. The samples will be sent via express and arrive in 3-5 days.

Can we have our Logo printed on your products or package?
Sure. Your Logo can be put on your products by Hot Stamping, Printing, Embossing, UV Coating, Silk-screen Printing, or Sticker.

What is your MOQ and lead time?
Usually, our MOQ is 1000 pcs for stock goods. The production lead time takes about 7-30 days according to your final quantity.

What are your terms of payment?
By T/T or Western Union Payment (30%-50% deposit, balance paid off after cargoes are finished).
